In your Endnote Online account, go to Downloads and follow the instructions to download CWYW for either Windows or MACs: this should then appear as an "Endnote" tab in your Word documents. However: this may be set to the separate product Endnote Desktop The Cite while You Write plug-in should already be installed in campus PCs Make sure you CWYW is already installed before proceeding.
